Another jewel in the crown of Bridlington! Good staff, good choice of items and some REAL bargains! (Note to owner, reduce your bird feeder items! Rough looking and a LOT cheaper next door?!) Only downer for me was being overcharged at till. But not entirely a STAFF fault, but when I returned as I was unable to find the receipt VERY much did not want to know! Despite the lady on the till remembering us. I have now found the receipt and going to ring and post if needed? Otherwise have to claim from Visa?But would definitely return despite the problem I had.

I find these shops dull and lifeless.. You walk in and think wow this could do with a refit. Items on the floor, a real dated feel and that obligatory smell of either plastic or rubber for some reason..The thing is tho.. They do sometimes stock items you need. Weather its a card or drain cleaner etc, hence this place getting three stars. It is however saying that, a jack of all trades master of non. You buy a sawblade that's as much use as a chocolate fire guard or a set of screwdrivers, only to find after using them twice the heads are rounding. It's great if the savings are genuine savings but it's frustrating if all your buying it cheap tat that will need replacing after one job..The one major problem were this place falls down is the staff. 9:30 in the morning and they are talking openly, saying they don't need to be here today.. I could just go home etc.. Great work ethic, and thus was then chatting at the tills. They were so disinterested in actually working they got out of cutting keys for some old gentleman and passed him off elsewhere!If you need to use it... Its there is about all I can really add. Lucky to get three stars.
Needs a bit of a tidy up as items are a little all over the place. Staff try their best but don't always know where items of stock are either. And don't always come across as friendly as they should in working with the public.
