My family and I have been using this practice for over 30 years. The staff are always friendly, professional and care about you and your pets. I wouldn't go anywhere else, even though I now live 20 miles away.
We have been going to this vets for years. The staff are always kind and helpful. The vets are very knowledgable and obviously care about the animals they are treating.
Wonderful dedicated team they are all about doing there best to try and help with all the animals they see.
So we took our rat to see the vet tonight and it was a joke. She just stared at us when we walked in and didn't say anything. When I opened the carry case she just lent over the table and had a peek. Then she said "is it normal for him to have this much hair". Immediately alarm bells were ringing. You'd expect somebody who deals with rats to know what a double rex looks like. From there on it didn't get any better. My rat came out of the carrier and she acted as if he was vermin. She didn't seem like she wanted to touch him and kept her distance. I explained the situation and all she did was listen. She gave very little response. Everytime I said something she would just awkwardly laugh. Shocking! I had to push for her to listen to his breathing and she wasn't even going to do that!!!! I would've walked out there and then if I didn't need the cream! Never coming back. Would have had a better diagnosis from my neighbour.
Always friendly helpful people on reception. The vets are absolutely fantastic with our cats & always keep us updated with any advice or treatments that's needed! Would definitely recommended !
